We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
Due to the nature of skin care and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at shop@elmbeautytx.com with:

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Service appointments are subject to our booking cancellation policy managed through Square. Please see your booking confirmation for details, or contact us at book@elmbeautytx.com with any questions.
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
